You can order from outside Japan. Here is how.

【How to order】

1. Choose your dog and its options: ear shape, tail, base paper color, and background design.

2. Name on Plaque (free): type the name you want on the small paper sign, such as your dog's name. English letters and Korean are both OK. If you leave it blank, the sign will say "和紙犬" (Washi Dog).

3. Add to cart and complete checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

【Address】

Please enter your address and the recipient's name in English only.

【Delivery time】

Each piece is made to order. It takes about 14 days to finish and ship to our partner's warehouse in Japan. International shipping time is added after that.

【Customs and taxes】

Import duties and taxes on delivery are paid by the customer.

【Packaging】

Our shipping partner repackages the item for international delivery, so gift wrapping is not available.

【Cancellations and returns】

As each piece is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or returned after they are confirmed.

해외에서도 주문하실 수 있습니다. 주문 방법을 안내해 드립니다.

【주문 방법】

1. 원하시는 강아지와 옵션을 선택해 주세요: 귀 모양, 꼬리, 받침 종이 색, 병풍 디자인.

2. 이름표 (무료): 작은 종이 팻말에 넣고 싶은 글자(강아지 이름 등)를 입력해 주세요. 영어와 한국어 모두 가능합니다. 한국어는 정해진 글꼴로 인쇄됩니다. 비워 두시면 "和紙犬"(Washi Dog)라고 들어갑니다.

3. 장바구니에 담고 결제해 주세요. 국제 배송비는 결제 화면에서 자동으로 계산됩니다.

【주소 입력 방법】

주소와 받는 분 이름은 모두 영어로만 입력해 주세요.

・Phone Number: +82 뒤에 맨 앞의 0을 빼고 하이픈 없이 입력 (예: 010-1234-5678 → 1012345678)

・Address Line 1: 도로명과 번지 (예: Teheran-ro 123)

・Address Line 2: 건물명·동·호수 (선택)

・City: 구와 시 (예: Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

・State / Province: 특별시·광역시·도 (예: Seoul) — 비워 두셔도 됩니다

・ZipCode: 우편번호 5자리

・PCCC: 개인통관고유부호 (P로 시작하는 번호). 주문 전에 미리 준비해 주세요.

영문 주소는 도로명주소 안내시스템(juso.go.kr)에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

【배송 기간】

모든 작품은 주문 후 제작합니다. 제작 후 일본 내 배송 대행 창고로 발송하기까지 약 14일이 걸리며, 그 후 국제 배송 기간이 추가됩니다.

【관세】

수령 시 발생하는 관세 및 수입세는 구매자 부담입니다.

【포장】

배송 대행 회사에서 해외 배송용으로 다시 포장하므로 선물 포장은 불가능합니다.

【취소・반품】

주문 제작 상품이므로 주문 확정 후에는 취소 및 반품이 불가능합니다.
